Questions about our plans

Why is School cheaper per pupil than Student?

Schools buy for every pupil at once, pay by invoice and use Immanuel Virtual World mainly in school, so the cost to serve each pupil is lower.

What is the Home upgrade?

School and class pupils use Immanuel Virtual World in school or in live lessons. For full access at home, a parent adds the Home upgrade for £39 a year.

Can a parent buy the Teacher plan for their children?

The Teacher plan is for verified teachers, and pupils join live sessions only. For home learning, the Family plan gives each child full access.

How many pupils does the Teacher plan cover?

One class of up to 35 pupils for one teacher. Bigger classes pay 25p per extra pupil a month. Several teachers? The School plan covers everyone.

What does a parent see on the Family plan?

A dashboard for each child, like a teacher's: progress ticks, quests, quiz scores, time spent and a weekly summary, with controls for chat, voice and screen time.

What are AI credits?

They pay for talking objects and AI quiz making beyond your allowance. A pack of 1,000 credits costs £9.99. Credits never expire.
